Arbitration shall take place in Asheboro and Greensboro, NC. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
